Which BPO company forms does your software work with?
A: Our product
can interface with all web based (HTML) BPO forms available.
We currently do not support other formats such as PDF or
WORD forms. For a complete list of available BPO company
forms that we support. We also do not support Fannie Mae Multi-forms..

What system requirements are needed to run your program?
A: Our
software is currently compatible with WINDOWS XP, WINDOWS
VISTA and WINDOWS 7 only. We suggest at least the following minimum
requirements: 1gb RAM, 2gb processor speed, and at least
500mb of free hard-drive space.

What if I need help with the software or setup?
A: Please
review our Knowledge Base support page to find answers to
the most common questions regarding our product's
installation, setup and functionality. You will also find
our helpful training videos, demos and guides there. If you
still don't find the answer to your technical issues or
questions, you may create a new service ticket for our
support group to research and respond to within 24 hours.

What if the BPO form I need is not available?
A: We are
constantly adding new form scripts to our inventory. If you
don't see a particular form that you need, we will work with
you to create one. Simply email your request to
