Once you sign
up for our online service, we will provide you with our BPO
Buddy Brower along with up to 5 scripts. We will set you up a scheduled activation time with our support team****. Once activated, you will be ready to go! When you received
your BPO order from let's say, First American, just log on to
your account and start a new order. Enter some minor order
info including the Tax Record info for the subject property. Please remember that we do not support .pdfs, Word Documents, or Multi-forms. Only Webforms. Also, we currently work with Single Family Residents, Condos, half-plexes, and Town homes only.
Most Multiple
Listing Services (MLS) have an option to create a custom
export. We create that custom "BPO Buddy" export in your
MLS. When you choose your 3 listed and 3 sold comparables,
you export that (.csv) file to your local computer. You then
show BPO Buddy where that file is located on your local
computer and it takes it from there!
Your online
BPO buddy account will make multiply calculations with this
data, so that your BPO web form can be filled out
automatically. No programming experience needed!
Go to your BPO
Web Form, choose the script for that form and let it rip!
BPO Buddy will fill out all of your comparable data along
with standard defaults. Customized defaults can be ordered too!

****IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PRODUCT ACTIVATION
If you are part of our BETA , and we have not yet seen your MLS system, the installation process must occur in 2 steps. If we have your MLS programmed in our system already, it will only be one step (STEP 2 Below).
(STEP 1) - Configure a custom export within your MLS System. For this, we will need to establish a net-meeting to view and become familiar with your MLS features and settings. Please allow for approximately 30 minutes of time for this process. Once we have created your export, we must configure this new MLS to be compatible with our BPO Buddy software program, which typically takes about one business day to install into our system and also to be tested for accuracy.
(STEP 2) - Once step one is completed, you will be contacted to complete the installation. Another net-meeting will be established. This includes providing you with a brief training session to get you up and running. If you did not have to go through step 1, this step is usually put on our schedule within 2 business days, after sign-up.
****ONCE YOU SIGN-UP, YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO OUR SITE, BUT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE SCRIPTING PART OF OUR PRODUCT UNTIL INSTALLATION IS COMPLETE WITH OUR SUPPORT TEAM.
