1) $249.95 Set-up fee. Includes one MLS set-up, 5 scripts, and 1 hour Technicial training. ***Please note that NEWCLIENT discount code is used to receive your 5 free scripts.

2) Any additional scripts will be $49.00 each
   (supported for 30 days)

3) You will have a choice of 4 packages:
    >> Single User Agent Package: $99.95 a month
.    >> Broker Package #1 (up to 3 users): $149.95 a month
.    >> Broker Package #2 (up to 5 team members): $199.95 a month
    >> Broker Package #3 (up to 10 team members): $249.95 a month  BEST VALUE  

4) Any additional MLS set-ups are a one-time fee of $99.90 each.

****IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING PRODUCT ACTIVATION

The installation process must occur in 2 steps. If we have your MLS programmed in our system already, it will only be one step (STEP 2 Below).

(STEP 1) - Configure a custom export within your MLS System. For this, we will need to establish a net-meeting to view and become familiar with your MLS features and settings. Please allow for approximately 30 minutes of time for this process. Once we have created your export, we must configure this new MLS to be compatible with our BPO Buddy software program, which typically takes about one business day to install into our system and also to be tested for accuracy.

(STEP 2) - Once step one is completed, you will be contacted to complete the installation. Another net-meeting will be established. This includes providing you with a brief training session to get you up and running. If you did not have to go through step 1, this step is usually put on our schedule within 2 business days, after sign-up.

****ONCE YOU SIGN-UP, YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO OUR SITE, BUT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THE SCRIPTING PART OF OUR PRODUCT UNTIL INSTALLATION IS COMPLETE WITH OUR SUPPORT TEAM.
